传统的课堂管理是被动的应对性纪律管理、模式单一的控制式管理、专制型的权威式管理,不利于学生主体参与。发挥学生的主体参与性,就要坚持以人为本、尊重学生、因势利导的原则,统筹考虑影响课堂管理的各种因素,建立多种沟通方式优化师生关系,采用多种策略与方法改进课堂管理。
The traditional classroom management is a passive coping discipline management, a single mode of controlled management, authoritarian type of authoritative management, is not conducive to the participation of student subjects. To give play to the participatory nature of students, we must adhere to the principles of “people first”, “respect students” and “make the best use of the situation”. We must consider various factors that affect classroom management as a whole and establish a variety of communication methods to optimize the relationship between teachers and students and adopt various strategies and methods to improve classroom management.
