我国劳动人民创造了茶及茶文化。南方的名茶我都品尝遍了,说实在的,我还是独钟于藏族地区的酥油茶。在偌大的藏区,不管是在城镇的大街小巷,还是农牧民遥远僻静的帐篷里,都可以见到香气扑鼻的酥油茶。凡是有人烟的地方,就有酥油茶。谚语云:“宁可三日无粮,不可一日无茶。”
Our working people have created tea and tea culture. I have tasted all the famous tea in the South. To tell the truth, I still prefer the butter tea in the Tibetan areas. In the huge Tibetan area, you can see the fragrant butter tea in the streets and alleys of the towns and villages, or in the remote and secluded tents of farmers and herdsmen. Where there are people smoking, there is butter tea. Proverb says: “It would be better to have no food on the third day and no tea on the first day.”
