本文主要从水力设计出发 ,根据叶片几何参数的变化 ,在不同工况下 ,利用CFD技术对叶片的压力分布、速度矢量变化、流线分布和叶片出水边环量变化的情况进行了分析。并将CFD分析的结果与模型试验中转轮涡带、叶片脱流情况及叶片应力计算结果进行了对比。探讨了叶片进口冲角对叶片头部脱流的影响、叶片出水边环量变化对转轮出口涡带的影响和叶片形状对叶片应力分布情况的影响。最后总结了叶片几何参数的变化对水轮机稳定性的影响
Based on the change of blade geometry parameters, this paper mainly analyzed the pressure distribution, velocity vector change, streamline distribution and the change of ring volume around the blade under different working conditions by using CFD technology. The results of CFD analysis are compared with those of model tests on vortex shedding, blade offsets and blade stress calculations. The effect of blade angle of attack on the head de-flow, the influence of the ring volume on the vortex belt at the exit of the rotor, and the shape of the blade on the blade stress distribution were discussed. Finally, the influence of the variation of blade geometric parameters on the turbine stability is summarized
