为寻找宫颈糜烂的最佳治疗方法以提高治愈率,笔者将用932型电热烧灼器治疗宫颈糜烂的情况报告如下: 一、资料来源于26例初诊随机就诊的宫颈糜烂患者,其中单纯型糜烂占31％(8例),颗粒型糜烂占69％(18例)。中度糜烂占65％(17例),重度糜烂占35％(9例)。二、手术时间为月经干净后3～5天内。治疗前常规查阴道细胞学涂片,巴氏Ⅰ级可做电烙术。一般电烙术出血不多,但术中止血一定要彻底,术后观察15秒无出血者结束
