近几年,随着改革开放和经济的发展,各地冷库建设项目逐渐增多,硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料广泛用于冷库地坪、墙体、屋面及阁楼层的保温工程以及冷库中系统管道、调节站等部分的保温工程。目前有关硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的行业规范、规程均尚未面世,冷库在施工和使用中火灾事故屡有发生,对硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料用于冷库保温工程的应用技术进行探讨具有十分重要的意义。一、硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的成份和燃烧性能以聚酯树脂或聚醚树脂为主要原料与甲苯二异氰酸脂(TDI)或二苯基甲烷二异氰酸脂(MDI)或聚次甲基聚苯基异氰酸脂(PAPI)按一定比例加入发泡剂、催化剂等,在适宜的温度下,经混合搅拌进行发泡所成的泡沫塑料即为聚氨酯泡沫塑料(以下简称泡塑)。泡塑的原料都是低闪点有机高分子化合物,易燃,燃烧产生大量的一氧化碳、氢化氰等剧毒气体和有毒烟雾,易造成人员伤亡。
