在观察家兔左室支结扎后两小时内室颤阈(VFT)自然演变规律基础上,观察研究了硝酸甘油(NTG)静脉滴注对家兔急性心肌梗塞后VFT演变的影响。结果表明:NTG并未减轻因急性心肌缺血而导致的VFT下降程度,但持续NTG静脉滴注可使左室支结扎后两小时内VFT的恢复明显加速,并使恢复最大值提高。提示NTG有助于改善缺血心肌的血液灌流,降低心电不稳定性,因而具有潜在的抗心律失常作用,10%葡萄糖可部分抵销NTG的这一作用。
On the basis of observing the natural evolution of ventricular fibrillation threshold (VFT) within two hours after ligation of left ventricular branches in rabbits, the effect of intravenous NTG injection on VFT evolution in rabbits with acute myocardial infarction was observed. The results showed that NTG did not reduce the decrease of VFT induced by acute myocardial ischemia, but sustained NTG infusion accelerated the recovery of VFT within two hours after LPS infusion and the maximal recovery was improved. It is suggested that NTG can ameliorate the hemoperfusion in ischemic myocardium and reduce the instability of ECG. Therefore, NTG has potential anti-arrhythmic effect, and NTG can be partially offset by 10% glucose.
