這是一篇蘇聯教育專家安德列揚諾夫、阿爾辛節夫在華東軍政委員會發育部所主持的高等教育座談會上發言的記錄。這裹不僅介紹了蘇聯高等學校的教學、行政組織、政治思想教育、教學方法等先進的經驗,同時在回答當時座談上所提出的許多問題也都是目前我國各大學同時存在的,因此我們决定將這記錄在本刊發表。這記錄是由華東教育部整理的。華東教育部將這記錄送中央教育部審查時,適值阿爾辛節夫同志離京,因此我們只能將安德列揚諾夫同志談話部份的記錄,在我們發現到問題的地方,請安德列揚諾夫同志予以修正,阿爾辛節夫同志談話的部份就只好暫時照記錄發表了。如果將來發現和記錄不一致處,當再纠正。
This is a record from Soviet Union education expert Andre Lievenov, who was speaking at a forum on higher education hosted by the East China Development and Reform Commission.
