我们公司长期以来,注重建筑产品质量,通过不断完善公司质量管理,保证公司为社会、用户提供优良的工程产品,几年来在三个住宅小区的建设任务中,从规划、设计、工程质量方面,取得了突出的成就,三个住宅小区的特点是:造价不高水平高,标准不高质量好,面积不大功能全,占地不多环境美.具体做法如下:一、建立质量体系有效运行的组织管理机构是做好质量工作的关键1.建立公司质量体系管理小组,由公司经理、副经理、总工程师分别担任组长、副组长.组织、坚持、协调质量体系的有效运行.公司质量科为工程产品质量的责职检验监督部门,负责公司产品质量的监督管理.
