The various characteristics of naval services pose many new requirements for the prevention of medical attendance and allow many different aspects of the organization’s monthly physical examination as compared to shore forces. Warships often carry out combat training away from the base and all personnel on board the ships perform their duties in their respective combat positions. In such conditions, medical examination is impossible and, in addition, the constant noise and oscillation of the hull during the voyage prevent us from conducting a good inspection of the sailors and sergeants. In view of these circumstances, we conducted a medical examination while the ship was anchored at the base. However, during periods of intense fighting training, the time it takes for ships to land at their base has been reduced to a very short period, so we have to conduct inspections in a tight short period of time. On ships, as in other units, the incidence of the units varies. For example, when inspecting people on deck, special attention should be paid to the initial signs of chronic or non-communicable respiratory disease. When inspecting the mechanic in the boiler room, pay more attention to the skin
