纯电动汽车用电机-变速器一体化系统,由于其电机功率大、转速高、系统结构紧凑等特点,其发热问题较为突出,而对该系统的温度场及应力场进行准确仿真,必须考虑系统的电场、磁场、结构场和温度场间的耦合效应。基于多场耦合理论对以上各场建立耦合模型,通过对系统的损耗计算,运用载荷传递法在ANSYS软件中实现了多场耦合分析。将分析结果与实际情况进行了对比分析,验证了该模型的可行性。
Pure electric vehicle motor - transmission integrated system, due to its motor power, high speed, compact system structure, the heat problem is more prominent, and the temperature and stress field of the system for accurate simulation, we must consider the system Electric Field, Magnetic Field, Coupling Effect between Structure Field and Temperature Field. Based on the multi-field coupling theory, a coupling model is established for each of the above fields. By calculating the loss of the system, load coupling method is used to realize the multi-field coupling analysis in ANSYS software. The analysis results are compared with the actual situation, and the feasibility of the model is verified.
