教师保持一颗童心,把自己变成一个儿童,这不但是教师最基本的素质之一,而且是教师对学生产生真挚情感的心理基础。正是在这个意义上,我把童心视为师爱之源、动力之源。拥有一颗童心,才能进入孩子们的心灵世界。随着岁月的流逝,我们不可避免地会在年龄上与学生拉开距离,甚至形成不可逾越的代沟。这样就需要老师常怀一颗童心,用儿童的眼睛去观察,用儿童的耳朵去倾听,用儿童的兴趣去探寻,用儿童的情感去热爱!只有这样才能更好地和他们沟通,真正地
