为了提高大豆秸秆资源利用率,利用CATIA软件设计了秸秆纤维制取机配套原料捞取装置,采用二次通用旋转组合试验方法,以捞取量为响应函数,以捞取装置的耙头角度和耙齿角度为影响因素,对大豆秸秆原料捞取装置参数进行了优化试验研究。结果表明:在转速为55 r·min-1的条件下,当耙齿角度21.54°、耙头角度88.58°时,每次最大捞取量为0.39 kg,作业效果最佳。
In order to improve the utilization rate of soybean stalks, the straw spinning machine was designed with CATIA software to take the raw materials of the stalks. A quadratic universal rotary combination test was used to obtain the response rate of the straw stalks. The drag angle and the rake angle As the influencing factors, the parameters of the device for retrieving soybean straw raw materials were optimized and studied.
