玛格丽特·阿特伍德是加拿大最杰出的作家之一,她热爱大自然,主张男女平等。阿特伍德有着敏锐的观察力和超前的生态意识,她对环境污染和生态危机一直保持着高度的关注。同时,作为一名女性作家,她有着独特的女性意识,对女性的生存状况也极为关心。本文通过研究她的两部小说《可以吃的女人》和《使女的故事》来解读她的作品中所蕴含的丰富的生态女性主义思想。
Margaret Atwood is one of Canada’s most prominent writers, she loves nature, advocating equality between men and women. Atwood has keen observation and advanced ecological awareness, and she has always been highly concerned about environmental pollution and ecological crisis. At the same time, as a female writer, she has a unique female consciousness and she is also extremely concerned about the living condition of women. This article explores the rich ecological feminism contained in her works by studying her two novels, The Woman Who Can Eat and The Story of An Advocating Girl.
