本文对线材无扭精轧机组的工艺特点进行了分析、探讨并提出无张力孔型设计方法,从而可减少线材头尾超差缺陷,提高产品的成材率。
In this paper, the process characteristics of the wire twisting and finishing mill are analyzed, and the design method of tension-free hole is discussed and discussed, which can reduce the head and tail over tolerance defects and improve the product yield.
