工作压力为35MPa,容积40L,直径D=219mm,壁厚s=10mm的钢瓶采用40XH2MA号钢材制造。钢瓶的热处理(淬火和回火)应当保证材料获得符合技术条件要求的机械性能和很高的抗破坏性能,使钢瓶在+60℃到—50℃的工作温度范围内使用可靠。 通常,40XH2MA制品在油中淬火。经这样淬火形成的马氏体组织回火后,可使钢瓶获得要求的机械性能和使用性能的结合。在马氏体转变温度区间,缓慢地在油中冷却可以防止形成淬火裂纹。
