本文编制了选择固相吸光光度测定的最佳等吸收波长对的计算程序。以钴-硫氰酸盐-CTMAB-明胶、稀土-硝酸根-三溴偶氮胂两个固相显色体系为例,阐明了选择“波长对”的方法。本法在选择“波长对”方面,比作图法更具优越性。
In this paper, we have compiled a calculation program for choosing the best isosorbide wavelength pair for the determination of solid phase absorbance. Taking cobalt - thiocyanate - CTMAB - gelatin and rare earth - nitrate - tribromoarsenazo two solid phase colorimetric system as an example, the method of selecting “wavelength pair” was expounded. This Law is more advantageous than the chart method in choosing “wavelength pairs.”
