目的:探索加权秩和比法综合评价在妇幼卫生管理中的应用。方法:采用加权秩和比法对某市10区(县)的2010年妇幼卫生工作质量进行综合评价。结果:10个区(县)被划分成3个等级:编号为2、9区(县)妇幼工作质量为优,编号为1、3、5、6、7、8、10区(县)妇幼工作质量为中,编号为4区(县)妇幼工作质量为差。结论:加权秩和比法综合应用能对妇幼卫生工作质量做出客观的全面评价,科学地反映妇幼卫生工作质量。
Objective: To explore the application of weighted rank sum ratio method in maternal and child health management. Methods: The weighted rank sum method was used to evaluate the quality of MCH work in 2010 in 10 districts (counties) in a city. Results: The 10 districts (counties) were divided into three grades: No. 2 and 9 districts (counties) had the best quality of maternity and childbirth, number 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, The quality of work, numbered 4 districts (counties) poor quality of work for women and children. Conclusion: The combined application of weighted rank sum ratio method can make an objective and comprehensive evaluation of MCH work quality and scientifically reflect the quality of MCH work.
