采用内科疗法治疗广泛脑梗塞往往无效,外减压术效果也不理想。作者对二例患者行内减压术,取得较满意效果。例1,61岁女性患者,左颈内动脉闭塞;例2,56岁男性患者,左大脑中动脉闭塞,均出现右侧偏瘫及完全性失语,发病第3～4天双瞳孔不等大,意识(JCS)200,行包括海马回切除在内的内减压术,术后恢复顺利。此前行外减压术者12例,死亡4例,植物状态3例。与此相比,内减压术效果较好。
The use of medical therapy is often ineffective in treating extensive cerebral infarction, external decompression is not satisfactory.
