一、转变观念、统一思想是发展农村成人教育的关键 1988年初做了两方面工作:1、学习文件,结合实际研究讨论;2、外出参观学习,认真总结。由此解决了三方面的认识问题:1、要解放生产力必须大力发展成人教育,它能直接有效地提高经济效益和工作效率;2、学历教育、岗位培训和实用技术教育要妥善安排,不可偏废;3、发展农村成人教育教学内容、办学形式必须适应经济发展水平。收到三方面成果:1.花乡1988年召开首届乡级成人
