目的 :建立同时测定番木鳖种子内士的宁与马钱子碱含量的方法。方法 :应用双波长分光光度法 ,选择马钱子碱的等吸收点波长 2 5 4.5nm ,2 78.5nm为士的宁的测定波长 ;同样 ,选择士的宁的等吸收点波长 2 6 5 .7nm ,2 43.5nm为马钱子碱的测定波长。结果 :士的宁的回归方程为 :ΔA =0 .2 35C +0 .0 0 2 1(r =0 .996 )。马钱子碱的回归方程为 :ΔA =0 .0 30 2C +0 .0 0 16 (r =0 .9997)。结论 :本法快速、简便 ,定量准确 ,用于番木鳖种子内士的宁和马钱子碱含量的同时测定可获得满意的结果
Objective : To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of strychnine and strychnine content in the seed of Paniculum. Methods: Using dual-wavelength spectrophotometry, the iso-viscosity wavelength of strychnine was chosen as 2 5 4.5 nm, and 2 78.5 nm was the determination wavelength of strychnine; similarly, Shihinging’s iso-absorption wavelength was chosen as 2 6 5 . 7nm, 2 43.5nm is the determination wavelength of strychnine. Results: The regression equation of Shihinging was: ΔA =0.2 35C +0. 0 0 2 1 (r =0.996 ). The regression equation for strychnine is: ΔA =0. 0 30 2C +0. 0 0 16 (r =0.9997). Conclusion : This method is rapid, simple, accurate and accurate. It can be used to determine the content of Ning and Strychnine in the seed of P. sempervirens.
