目的 :观察自体Schwann细胞与同种异体基底膜合用促进鼠坐骨神经再生的能力。方法 :将无细胞成分的同种异体基底膜与Schwann细胞混合培养 7d ,获得含Schwann细胞的基底膜。 2 4只BALB/C小鼠随机分为A、B两组并分别移植含有Schwann细胞的基底膜及无细胞成分的基底膜。术后 1,2 ,4,8周测定A、B两组坐骨神经功能指数 (SFI)及再生髓鞘平均厚度 (TRMS)。结果 :术后 1,2周 ,A、B两组SFI及TRMS无差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,术后 4,8周 ,A组SFI及TRMS优于B组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :自体Schwann细胞与同种异体基底膜合用可较单纯的基底膜更好地促进神经再生及功能的恢复。
Objective: To observe the ability of Schwann cells combined with allogeneic basement membrane to promote the regeneration of sciatic nerve in rats. Methods: The allogeneic basement membrane without cell component was mixed with Schwann cells for 7 days to obtain Schwann cell basement membrane. Twenty four BALB / C mice were randomly divided into A and B groups and were respectively transplanted with basement membrane of Schwann cells and basement membrane without cell components. Sciatic nerve function index (SFI) and average regenerated myelin thickness (TRMS) were measured in groups A and B at 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks after operation. Results: At 1 week and 2 weeks after operation, the SFI and TRMS in group A and group B had no significant difference (P> 0.05). After 4 and 8 weeks, the SFI and TRMS in group A were superior to those in group B (P <0. 0 1). Conclusion: The combination of autologous Schwann cells and allogeneic basement membrane can promote the regeneration of nerves and the recovery of function better than simple basement membrane.
