目的:探讨小儿手足口病口腔溃疡治疗方法。方法:将2009年2月至9月的78例手足口病患儿分成两组。观察组40例采用珍珠末涂抹口腔治疗,对照组予喉康散喷雾治疗。观察两组用药后临床症状和体征改善时间。结果:观察组经治疗后临床症状和体征改善时间均明显优于对照组。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:珍珠末治疗手足口病口腔溃疡有较好的疗效
Objective: To investigate the treatment of oral ulcer in children with HFMD. Methods: 78 cases of HFMD were divided into two groups from February to September in 2009. Observation group of 40 patients with oral pearl oral smear treatment, the control group to the treatment of throat Kangsan spray. Observed two groups of clinical symptoms and signs of improvement time. Results: The clinical symptoms and signs of the observation group after treatment were significantly better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
