我院急诊内科、ICU病房在1990年1月～1992年12月共收治急性心肌梗死107例，其中57例用尿激酶静注溶栓治疗．现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料107例急性心肌梗死中，男96例．女11例，年龄30～78岁。随机分成两组：对照组50例，男45例，女5例，年龄34～72岁，平均年龄62．4±1．
