DPP-100型汽车钻机在西安地区被普遍应用于各种工程地质勘察工作中,但其缺点是所需工作空间较大,在狭小低矮空间基本不具备工作能力。本文以某厂房内的地裂缝勘察为例,根据特殊的现场情况,对钻机塔架及起吊装置进行了现场改造,利用三层厂房的高度代替钻机塔架的高度,利用滑轮代替钻机天轮,实现了对钻杆的升降控制。通过改造,使钻机在低矮的厂房内部用非常规方法完成了常规钻探工作,取得了良好的效果。
