目的研究颞下颌关节(TMJ)中β连环蛋白(β-catenin)的表达分布特点以及在TMJ发育中的变化。方法合法收集2005—2006年华西医科大学附属第二医院流产胎儿4个,其中3个月和6个月胚胎各2个。用免疫组化法检测3个月和6个月人胚胎TMJ中β-catenin的表达分布。结果β-catenin在发育中的TMJ髁状突和关节盘软骨细胞中均有表达,在髁状突软骨各层及部分成熟骨细胞的细胞核中均可见阳性表达。结论β-catenin参与TMJ关节软骨与骨的形成,还可能与其他因子共同作用于TMJ发育的各个过程。
Objective To study the expression and distribution of β-catenin in TMJ and its role in the development of TMJ. Methods Four fetuses were randomly collected from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Huaxi Medical University from 2005 to 2006, including 2 embryos at 3 months and 6 months respectively. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of β-catenin in TMJ of 3-month and 6-month human embryos. Results β-catenin was expressed in both developing TMJ condyles and articular cartilage cells. The expression of β-catenin was observed in the nuclei of all condylar cartilage layers and some mature osteocytes. Conclusion β-catenin is involved in the formation of articular cartilage and bone in TMJ and may play a role in the development of TMJ in combination with other factors.
