石门磷矿石为高镁硅钙质磷块岩，嵌布粒度细，是较难选的磷块岩之一。采用正－反浮选，无论矿浆加温或者不加温，均可获得磷精矿品位Ｐ２Ｏ５＞３０％，回收率＞７１％的较好结果，产品中ＭｇＯ含量较低，实际回收率可望提高。
