研究了不同的热处理工艺对铸造双相不锈钢的组织及其耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,该钢经1050℃溶处理后,存在适量的奥氏体且均匀分布,钢的抗均匀腐蚀、晶间腐蚀和抗点蚀性能最好。因此,这种低镍不锈钢是很有发展前途的一类耐蚀铸钢。
The effects of different heat treatment processes on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of cast duplex stainless steel were studied. The results show that after the steel is treated at 1050 ℃, there is an appropriate amount of austenite and uniform distribution. The steel is resistant to uniform corrosion and intergranular corrosion and pitting corrosion resistance is the best. Therefore, this low-nickel stainless steel is a promising type of corrosion-resistant cast steel.
