为了解教师评价的实践进展情况,年初笔者赴S中学进行了专题调研。S中学创建于1951年,为省一级重点中学。学校现有73个教学班,3800余名师生员工,按年级分三个学部分区教学。拥有专任教师255人,其中中、高级职称教师占70%以上。学校教学成绩突出,高考成绩连续数年为全县第一,学科竞赛特别是生物学、信息学、物理学成绩处于全省前列。在教师评价方面,学校制订了专任教师评价考核条例,并经教代会
In order to understand the progress of the practice of teacher evaluation, the author conducted a special study in S secondary school at the beginning of this year. S secondary school was founded in 1951, as a provincial key middle school.
