农业产业化,简洁、概括地说,就是把农业产品转变成供人们消费的最终商品的过程。这个转变过程,不是一个简单的过程,而是一个产业链条不断延长的过程,是农业与二、三产业相互融合、相互协调、共同发展的过程。它包涵着生产、贮藏、加工、运输、销售等各环节,每一个环节的增加,都意味着农产品附加值的不断提高,意味着效益的不断增加。实现这些环节的增加或产业链条的不断延长,需要有一个载体,这个载体可以是其它类型的企业或市场,但乡镇企业凭借其亲缘优势、机制优势和基础优势,无可争议地成为最重要的载体。一、农业产业化为乡镇企业提供了新的发展机遇随着经济和社会形势的不断发展变化,乡镇企业新的发展机遇、新的经济增长点不断产生。就我们藁城市而言,目前乡镇企业新的发展机遇、最大的经济增长点就是围绕农业产业化作文章,大力发展农副产品加工业。提出这一观点,基于以下几个方面的考虑:
