所谓能力感,是一个人对自己是否具备完成一项任务能够成功能力的自我感知。一个人选择做一件事情的前提是他自己觉得可以做成这件事,这是每一个人在决策的过程中必然存在的潜意识决策过程,因此能力感的恰当与否决定了我们的决策是否正确,所谓知己知彼百战百胜中的知己,其实正是能力感的另一种表述。如果能力感过强,感觉超过了实际能力,就是自大,做事情就充满风险;如果能力感过小,选择的事情往往就会低于能力所能达到的高度,显得过于保守和拘谨。所以
