治疗方法:治疗组用雄黄、白矾各30g,冰片2g,共研细末加入凡士林100g内,共为膏剂,外涂患处,每日1次。对照组用炉甘石洗剂涂搽患处,每2h1次,两组均用病毒唑(200mg)肌注,每日2次。 疗效标准:显效:为5d内皮疹全部消退,疼痛消失,不留后遗症;有效:为10d内皮疹全部消退,疼痛消失;无效:为消退时间超过10d或皮疹无明显变化,疼痛迁延反复。
