为了提高机床“箱中箱”结构立滑板的动静态特性,增强机床整机的刚性,在CAD/CAE集成仿真设计平台下,对立滑板分别进行静力学和模态分析,结果表明Y、X向的静刚度有待提高,凸振和摆动较为明显。对此,设计4种改进的立滑板,提出基于模糊变换的动静态性能综合评价法,并从中优选出最佳的改进方案。对改进后的立滑板进行动态优化设计,得到最优的立滑板结构。研究表明:对立滑板进行结构改型和尺寸优化设计能有效地提高动静态性能。
In order to improve the dynamic and static characteristics of the machine tool box and the rigidity of the whole machine tool, the statics and modal analysis of the opposite slide plate are respectively carried out under the CAD / CAE integrated simulation design platform. The results show that Y, Static stiffness X to be improved, the vibration and swing more obvious. In this regard, the design of four kinds of improved vertical slide, put forward a comprehensive evaluation of dynamic and static performance based on fuzzy transformation, and optimize the best out of the program. The improved vertical skateboard dynamic optimization design, get the best vertical skateboard structure. The research shows that the structural design and size optimization of counterplates can effectively improve the static and dynamic performance.
