为探讨张锡纯所拟寿胎丸的抗畸胎作用机理,笔者用昆明种小鼠给予寿胎丸煎液灌胃5天后,腹腔注射环磷酰胺,24小时后处死取脾脏制成细胞悬液,采用DNA解旋荧光法(Fluores-cenceAnalysisofDNAUnwinding,FADU)测定计算出其双链DNA剩余率,与生理盐水灌胃5天后腹腔注射环磷酰胺组小鼠相比较,结果说明寿胎丸对环磷酰胺诱发小鼠脾细胞DNA损伤具有极明显的防护作用。
In order to investigate the anti-tertiary mechanism of the proposed ShouTaiWan by Zhang Xichun, the author used Kunming mice to give ShouTaiWan decoction to the stomach for 5 days and then injected cyclophosphamide intraperitoneally. After 24 hours, the spleen was killed and the cell suspension was made. The DNA double-stranded DNA remaining rate was calculated by Fluores-cence Analysis of DNA Unwinding (FADU) and compared with the mice injected intraperitoneal with cyclophosphamide after intragastric administration for 5 days. The results showed that ShouTaiWan had cyclophosphamide. Induced DNA damage of mouse spleen cells has a very significant protective effect.
