升板法施工具有占用施工场地小、节约木模、节约劳动力、进度快、施工现场文明和安全等优点。以往升板工程施工期间是利用钢筋混凝土柱作为承重导架,这样钢筋混凝土柱的预制、吊装要占用较长的工期,还需要大型吊装设备。上海纺织局建筑工程公司和同济大学五·七公社共同协作,在上海红色线厂四层升板工程中采用了以柱内劲性钢筋作为提升承重导架的以升带滑外墙与劲性钢筋柱的施工新方案,仅用一套电动提升机就完成了板、墙、柱的机械化施工,而且大大缩短了工期。
The riser construction has the advantages of occupying a small construction site, saving wood molds, saving labor, progress, and civilized and safe construction sites. In the past, the construction of reinforced concrete columns was used as a load-bearing guide during the construction of the riser. The prefabrication and lifting of reinforced concrete columns took a long period of time and required large-scale lifting equipment. The Shanghai Textile Bureau Construction Engineering Corporation and the Tongzhou University May 7th Commune collaborated on the use of an internal column stiffener as the lifting guide for the rise and sliding of the outer wall and the stiffness of the Shanghai Red Line Plant. With the new construction plan of the reinforced columns, the mechanized construction of the plates, walls and columns was completed with only one set of electric hoists, and the construction period was greatly shortened.
