作者报告13例高钾血症儿童应用舒喘灵静脉输注治疗后,可明显降低血钾浓度。13例患者中,6例系心脏手术后并发急性肾衰患儿,7例是其他原因引起的急性或慢性肾衰患儿。全部患儿在无尿期均静注舒喘灵。方法舒喘灵4μg/kg,用5ml注射用水稀释,缓慢静注(20分钟以上),并用心电图监护,未见心动过速和其他并发症发生。结果用药后40分钟和120分钟分别检测血钾浓度,平均血钾浓度分别减少1.45
