背景资料 刚逢半夏雨连桥,是日当归路隔遥; 雨邑蒙花香断续,风敲淡竹叶漂消; 留行共酌菖蒲酒,活乐似火紫苑萧; 只实思君怀远志,小回一舍路迢迢。 这是清末举人无名氏为福林堂做的一首诗,诗中盛赞了福林堂主人的热情款待和崇高医德。1857年,创始人李玉卿随父从湖北黄岗来到云南,因深谙医道,便在光华街创建了这个药店,并效法三国董奉,为穷苦百姓治病不收诊费,只求重病愈者在后堂植杏树三棵,轻者一棵,时间一长,遂成杏林,故药店取名“福林堂”,意在“福泽杏林”。 1956年,福林堂药业有限公司的前身,昆明市药材公司成立。1993年销售额达1.93亿元,成为云南省最大的医药企业。1994年,云南省医药集团对其进行大规模改造,突出零售份额,至1999年,零售额突破5000万元,排在云南医药零售市场的首位。2000年,在严峻的市场情况下,云南医药集团有限公司与香港新世界合资重组昆明市药材公司,组建了昆明福林堂药业有限公司,开始了福林堂发展的新阶段。

This is a poem made by Anonymous for the Forint Church in the late Qing Dynasty. The poem praises the warm hospitality and noble medical ethics of the host of Forint Church. In 1857, founder Li Yuqing came to Yunnan with his father from Huanggang in Hubei Province. He became well-versed in medicine and created this pharmacy in Guanghua Street. He followed the example of Dong Feng, treating the poor people for medical treatment, Apricot trees planted in the back hall three, the light of a tree, a long time, then Cheng Xinglin, so the pharmacy named “Fulin Tang”, intended to “Fukuze Xinglin.” 1956, the predecessor of the Forint Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Kunming medicine company was established. 1993 sales of 193 million yuan, becoming the largest pharmaceutical companies in Yunnan Province. In 1994, Yunnan Pharmaceutical Group carried out a large-scale transformation of its efforts to highlight the retail share. By 1999, the retail sales exceeded 50 million yuan, ranking the first place in Yunnan’s pharmaceutical retail market. In 2000, under the severe market conditions, Yunnan Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. and Kunming Medicine Co., Ltd., a joint venture and reorganization of Hong Kong New World, set up Kunming Fulin Tang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and started a new phase of development of Fulin Tang.
