非常荣幸能够得到中国政法大学人文学院历史研究所的邀请参加这个会。虽然我不是法盲,但是绝对是法史的盲,我的初衷就是来扫盲的,向大家来学习法史研究治学的经验。但既然与会,还是应该与大家交流一点自己的粗浅体会。刚刚听了李德顺教授的发言,对我的启发很大。虽然李教授自己说对历史没有多少研究,但是我认为他对历史学的很多方面都提出了高屋建瓴、发人深思的问题。所以,我也秉承他的精神,作为法史盲来讲一些关于法史的想法。
It is a great honor to be invited by the Institute of History, College of Humanities, China University of Political Science and Law to attend this conference. Although I am not a legal person, I am absolutely blind of legal history. My original intention is to literacy. I am going to learn from the experience of studying law and history. However, since the meeting, or should share with you some of their own superficial experience. Professor Li Deshun just listened to the speech, a great inspiration to me. Although Professor Li himself said that there is not much study on history, I think he has put forward a high-profile and thought-provoking question on many aspects of history. Therefore, I also uphold his spirit, as the history of law blind about some ideas about the history of France.
