新疆阿勒泰地区医疗机构消毒质量监测

目的了解阿勒泰地区各医疗机构的消毒质量状况,有效控制和减少医源性感染的发生。方法采用现场抽样检测方法进行监测。结果共检测样品1472份,总合格率为92.59%,其中室内空气、紫外线灯、医护手与物表、使用中消毒液、压力蒸汽灭菌器和医院污水合格率分别为92.11%、82.69%、95.96%、92.59%、57.78%和66.67%。结论阿勒泰地区医疗机构消毒质量总体不高,尤其是紫外线灯、压力蒸汽灭菌器和医院污水合格率偏低,需要进一步改进。

Objective To understand the quality of disinfection in various medical institutions in Altay region and to effectively control and reduce the incidence of iatrogenic infection. Methods The method of on-site sampling was used for monitoring. Results A total of 1472 samples were tested, with a total pass rate of 92.59%. The passing rates of indoor air, UV lamp, medical hand and object table, disinfectant in use, pressure steam sterilizer and hospital sewage were 92.11%, 82.69% 95.96%, 92.59%, 57.78% and 66.67%. Conclusion The quality of disinfection in medical institutions in Altay area is generally not high, especially the qualified rate of UV lamp, pressure steam sterilizer and hospital sewage is low, which needs further improvement.
