就职业健康而言,我们不能光考虑公司设的这个“官儿”到底有多大,也不代表“官儿”越大就越重视职工的职业健康。关键我们还得看看他们都做了哪些事,做的是不是实事。但就目前中国职业健康的发展现状而言,华为能首设这么一个“官儿”已经值得其他企业学习借鉴了。
As far as occupational health is concerned, we can not just consider how much this “official” company does and does not mean that “the bigger the officialdom” the more emphasis is placed on the occupational health of workers.
