采用文献资料法、实践法等通过对皮划艇运动项目特性及其运动训练的生理学特点分析,探讨了该运动项目的力量训练方法与原则,并提出了在力量训练中应注意的问题,试图能够为科学的指导皮划艇运动训练提供科学的理论依据。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of kayaking sports and the physiological characteristics of kayaking exercise, this paper discusses the methods and principles of strength training of kayaking sports and puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to in strength training. It can provide a scientific theoretical basis for scientific guiding kayaking training.
