在行政事业单位里,档案的作用是很大的,一方面当我们选拔和考核一个人才的时候,就需要用到档案;另一方面,我们有时处理工作,也要查阅档案,里面的信息往往能帮助我们去解决问题和安排工作。对于档案的管理,目前在我们的事业单位里仍然有很多有待完善的必要处理的问题,尽管这么多年来我在管理方面有许多的成绩和进步,但这是一项任重道远的任务,因此,我们必须向更好的方向,顺应时代的发展,不断提高我们的档案管理的业务水平,这样,才能把档案问题可能造成的对事业单位的方面影响尽可能的控制和消除。
