目的:观察复方地龙胶囊联合阿司匹林治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取70例TIA患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组35例。对照组予阿司匹林肠溶片治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予复方地龙胶囊。1月后观察比较疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组血液流变学指标值明显降低(P<0.01),且低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方地龙胶囊联合阿司匹林治疗短暂性脑缺血发作是安全的、有效的。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of compound earthworm capsule combined with aspirin in the treatment of transient ischemic attack (TIA). Methods: Seventy patients with TIA were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets. The treatment group was treated with compound Dilong capsule on the basis of the control group. After 1 month to observe the comparative efficacy. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the indexes of hemorheology in the treatment group were significantly lower (P <0.01) and lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) The incidence of adverse reactions, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Fufang Di Long Capsule combined with aspirin in the treatment of transient ischemic attack is safe and effective.
