热敏电阻是目前我国储粮上使用极为广泛的一种粮仓测温元件.在“双低”储粮测温中占首要位置.但在使用热敏电阻测定粮温过程中,人们反映用热敏电阻测温时,经磷化氢一次或多次熏蒸处理后,部份热敏电阻出现断路或短路现象.对于这个问题,储粮工作者各说不一,有的认为是热敏电阻引导线与测温导线接触处脱落或接触处不良所致,但大多数则认为是磷化氢气体对热敏电阻腐蚀造成的.加之国内报导极少.因此,为了寻找这一原因,我们在室内,用不同剂量的磷化铝片剂熏蒸处理热敏电阻,经一年多的试验,结果表明磷化氢气??电阻的腐蚀性甚微,基本上不影响其测温效果.
