40 只雄性Wistar大鼠分为正常对照组和制模组,大鼠慢性血清病肾炎模型形成后,将制模组大鼠按体重随机分为模型组、虫草肾康组(虫草组)、强的松组。虫草组和强的松组灌胃相应药物,最后同时测定各组血生化指标、尿蛋白、循环免疫复合物(CIC)、红细胞C3b受体阳性花环率、红细胞免疫复合物阳性花环率、T细胞总数和肾脏病理改变。结果表明,尿蛋白虫草组轻于模型组,血清白蛋白高于模型组(P<0.05),红细胞免疫复合物阳性花环率、CIC低于模型组,红细胞C3b受体阳性花环率高于模型组(P< 0.05),肾小球病理改变轻于模型组,提示虫草肾康可改善红细胞免疫粘附功能,降低CIC,减轻肾小球病理损伤,减少尿蛋白
