An associate professor at C University once pointed out that at present, the concept of outsourcing is prevalent in the corporate world, and many of the work is done as much as possible outside the company’s resources. However, it is a pity that the business community does not make full use of the abundant resources that the academic community has. We can think of universities as companies with a certain scale. Taking C University as an example, the school’s one-year operating budget is nearly 2 billion yuan. This budget does not include the costs of existing land, buildings, and other existing equipment.
