一个半综合征可理解为 Foville 综合征加上同侧内侧纵束综合征或核间性眼肌麻痹。关键性体征为眼球运动障碍:病变侧眼球水平方向上固定,对侧眼球只能外展。病变位于脑桥被盖部累及该处网状结构中的侧视中枢和内侧纵束。病因有缺血性梗塞,脑干胶质细胞瘤,脑血管畸型,脱髓鞘疾病,外伤性出血。本病早在1953年已有记载,1967年 Fisher 命名为一个半综合征(One
