小产权房问题在2007年成为社会的热点,在理论与实务中,有关小产权房是否合法的争论也不绝于耳.本文拟从法律之角度着手,将小产权房问题置于社会的宏观视角之下进行分析,并对小产权合法化可能出现的问题及解决方式提出了自己的看法.
