本文分析了我国医疗机构公共卫生和临床医学之间存在的裂痕及其原因,从改革医学教育模式;强化“公共医疗卫生”理念、增加政府投入;以城乡一体化的社区卫生服务体系建设为切入点,加强医院预防保健机构建设,强化医疗机构公共卫生责任等3个方面提出了建立我国医疗机构公共卫生和临床医学整合体系的具体对策与建议。
This article analyzes the rift between public health and clinical medicine in medical institutions of our country and its causes, from reforming the mode of medical education, strengthening the concept of “public health care”, and increasing government investment. Taking the integration of urban and rural areas as an example, For the entry point, strengthening the construction of hospital preventive health care institutions, and strengthening the public health responsibility of medical institutions, the paper put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions on establishing the integration system of public health and clinical medicine in medical institutions in our country.
