在一堂体育课中,常规的队列练习是:“立正、稍息、向左(右)看齐、向前看、报数、向左(右、后)转以及集合、解散和队列变化”。这些对学生来说,是体育课中最枯燥无味,但又必须经常练习的。然而,如果我们把这些常规的队列练习稍加变化,演化成许多有趣而又实用的练习,就可在短时间内集中学生的注意力,调动他们上课的积极性。一、趣味报数练习法通常的报数是从排头开始报1、2、3、4、……到排尾,我们可以变化进行: 1.逆行报数:比如说是10人一列,则从排尾起报O、9、8、7、6、5、4、3、2、1。 2.单数、双数报数:从排头起报1、3、5…到排尾,或者从排头开始报2、4、6…到排尾。
In a physical education class, the conventional cohort exercise is: “Stand up, take a short interest, look to the left (right), look ahead, report the number, turn left (right, back), and collect, dissolve, and change the queue.” These are the most boring lessons for students in physical education but must be practiced regularly. However, if we change these conventional queue exercises slightly and evolve into many interesting and practical exercises, we can concentrate students’ attention and mobilize their enthusiasm for classes in a short period of time. First, the number of interesting report exercise method is reported from the beginning of the first 1, 2, 3, 4, ... to the end of the line, we can change: 1. The number of retrograde reports: For example, a row of 10 people, from End of row reports O,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1. 2. Singular, even number of reports: from the beginning to report 1,3,5 ... to the end of the line, or from the beginning to start reporting 2,4,6 ... to the end of the line.
