将不同抗热性小麦品种的幼苗进行43℃高温的不同时间处理,对其水溶性蛋白质进行SDS—PAGE分析,发现HS可诱导小麦幼苗合成许多HSP,同时有些正常蛋白质的合成受到抑制;水溶性蛋白质总量及有些蛋白质的含量也发生明显的变化;HSP的生成量高峰出现的时期与小麦抗热性有关。由此可以检测不同小麦品种的抗热性能,为选育抗热品种提供依据。
The seedlings of different heat-resistant wheat cultivars were treated at different temperatures of 43 ℃. SDS-PAGE analysis showed that HS could induce the synthesis of many HSPs in wheat seedlings, while the synthesis of some normal proteins was inhibited. The water-soluble The total amount of protein and the content of some proteins also changed significantly. The peak period of HSP production was related to the heat resistance of wheat. Thus, the heat resistance of different wheat cultivars can be tested and the basis for breeding heat-resistant cultivars can be provided.
